Enjoyed our time here. The room was a good size and had a handy kitchenette. The staff was really helpful and accommodating. 😊

The room with many amenities.

Very helpful and friendly

This is a time share place and I did attend a time share meeting that did feel very pushy. I attended because I read on line that they might ask you repeatedly if you don't go. The 25$ fee they 'hold' so that you remember your apointment is very off putting.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable. Ate at the poolside restaurant with surprisingly good food. The location was central, favorable, close to everything I want to do. North Scottsdale district was worth exploring.

Booked a room for board games. The hotel had a central location to the factory.

The staff were very very nice, you should know it. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Penske Racing Museum. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had a dining area and a heating system. The location is great and beautiful. Free parking is available close by. They have an onsite basketball court, putting green, and tennis court. Conveniently located in central Scottsdale. Walking distance to Celebration of Fine Art.

My kids enjoyed the snacks and the game room and activities

The room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need for light cooking.

I didn't realize this hotel was a time-share. They pushed pretty hard to have me attend a 90 minute meeting -- offering a $100 Visa gift card. A nice gift, but since I was swamped with work I really didn't have time to attend a meeting. And the way they were trying to get me to attend I wasn't sure I'd have an easy way to get out of the meeting in 90 minutes or without giving a lot of personal information. I really don't like the idea of being sold property while I stay at a hotel anyway, so maybe I was bothered a bit more about this than others.

The room was well-kept and had great amenities like a washer, sofa bed, and a comfortable queen-size bed, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient.

Large rooms and full kitchen

Plumbing leaks in bathroom, shower faucett was reversed and backwards. Cold was in hot side giving impression there was no hot water in shower. Was supposed to be in newly renivated room away from pool construction but wasn'T. Bedroom door would'nt close hidges were pulled away the door. Coffe pot was missing took 5 hours to get a pot...then another 3hours to get the filter basket for the coffee pot. Parking was not very good.

The condo units are quite spacious, although the huge bathroom is starting to look a little dated. The kitchens are fully equipped. The swimming pool(s) is/are great for kids. We would not hesitate to stay at the Villa Mirage again.

As stated above, the bathroom could use some updating.

The location was favorable not far from the Phoenix area, North Scottsdale, near all of the upscale shopping. the staff there were welcoming and pleasant. - the poolside bar was superb with some good food.

Sofa was attractive, but not comfortable for sitting
